Sign in before sending plant service request.

After sign-in, page sends you straight to dashboard. There you can share hospital details, PSA plant issue, and support priority.

Next after install:

1. Sign in or sign up.

2. Land on `/dashboard`.

3. Replace placeholder dashboard with actual request form.
